Homemade Remineralizing
Toothpaste
Contrary to popular belief,
the teeth are not inanimate objects, but fully alive parts of the
body. It’s a long held belief among conventional dentistry
that you can’t regrow tooth enamel or heal cavities, but studies done
by holistic dental care providers prove otherwise.
When combined with
a diet rich
in the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K-2 and devoid of mineral
stealing, anti-nutrients (sugars and grains), a homemade toothpaste
like this can transform your dental health.
This toothpaste recipe is 100%
natural, organic, perfectly edible, and full of the minerals your teeth
need to re-build enamel, neutralize acid, remove bacteria, and leach
out infection to maintain healthy teeth and gums.

1/3 cup bentonite
clay
Boiling water
1 tbs organic extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
10-15 drops peppermint essential oil
3 drops cinnamon essential oil
2 drops clove essential oil
Liquid stevia to taste (optional)
Pour boiling water
over
coconut oil and stir until melted. Add salt, essential oils,
stevia, and bentonite clay. Blend with a hand mixer, or
wooden spoon, until blended thoroughly. You can add more clay
or water to get the consistency you want. Store in covered
glass jar at room temperature.
NOTE:
Always use a
glass bowl when mixing your toothpaste. When wet, bentonite
clay will draw particles from inside a metal bowl and the toxins out of
a plastic bowl. Make sure your mixer has stainless steel
blades, or better yet, use a wooden spoon.
